• Oversees client onboarding to ensure every new client is set up and running smoothly
• Keeps internal documentation and processes tight, consistent, and up to date

Marketing & Growth

• Runs SafeBrim's content and brand strategy across web, email, and social
• Builds lead generation campaigns and content that drives awareness and trust
• Tracks performance and turns data into clear improvements

Client Relations

• First point of contact for clients in English and Spanish
• Handles follow-ups, proposals, and ongoing client communication
• Key contact for South American clients — building trust and long-term relationships
